Not everything costs a million bucks. In fact half the houses sold every year in the Atlanta Suburbs are $399k or less.

$200’s and 300’s almost everywhere

  • The large dots may make it seem like there are no houses at a more affordable budget. In fact houses where the average price is around $300k may show up in greater quantities on the south side, but they are also everywhere in between the higher priced areas. A smaller yard, a house in need of repairs perhaps, but there are still thousands sold every year in the Atlanta suburbs. Note the small blue and green dots showings $200’s and $300’s all around the suburbs. Yours awaits!

Half the houses

  • $200s – Smaller, older, or in need of renovation is usually the story on houses in this price range.
  • $300s – The largest single category of any house price in the metro area. Find a tiny house downtown, a brand new house out in the boonies, or a house to repair in one of the gentrifying neighborhoods along the edge.
